I've worked in the homeless and housing arena for over 20 years. I am an advocate for supportive housing and quality care for those who are mentally ill, drug or alcohol dependent. I started this blog about the time I turned 50 and found my self reflecting back on life as I move forward, hence the name: From This Side Of The Reflecting Pond.
