I've worked in the homeless and housing arena for over 20 years. I am an advocate for supportive housing and quality care for those who are mentally ill, drug or alcohol dependent. Interesting. The first photo looks very old and the second one is fairly recent. I'm wondering if it is the person as a baby and then all grown up.
